As the CFO of a technology startup operating in Poland and preparing for expansion into the U.S. market, I oversee all financial, legal and administrative operations. My role focuses on strategic financial management, regulatory compliance and collaboration with investors. Key responsibilities I undertake in this position:- Oversee all financial operations with a strategic focus on transitioning to the U.S. market, including the establishment of a comprehensive financial, accounting, and reporting process from the ground up;- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure the company meets its financial goals and objectives, while implementing both short-term and long-term financial management strategies to optimize cash flow and ensure financial stability;- Work closely with the executive management team, providing financial insights and support to aid in all business decision-making processes and strategic initiatives;- Collaborate with law firms to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, minimizing legal risks and maintaining best practices;- Coordinate and streamline administrative processes, including human resources management, to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity;- Maintain close collaboration with investors and venture capital funds to align financial strategies with funding requirements and business objectives.

Act as a financial business partner for the management team - manage and support execution of the financial processes, including operational ones (company's back office).- Development and implementation of the Company's financial strategy, - Preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans, including its' analysis and reporting,- Coordinating the process of the Company preparation to start listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, NewConnect market (preparing reports for the Warsaw Stock Exchange, contacts with financial investors),- Driving the company through the phase of process improvement and best project management practices,- Coordinating corporate processes. Assure that all financial processes are in line witch the Company's goals, principles and procedures,- Cooperating with external institutions (banks, auditors). Represents the Company during external audits.

- Auditing financial statements and group reporting packages (one of the TOP 5 banks and one of the biggest factoring company), prepared according to Polish Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (i.a.: analysis of company's financial conditions, financial statement irregularity investigations, identification of company's strengths and weaknesses, documenting financial scenarios and anticipating challenges, preparing and presenting reports with recommendations to the Clients) - Working in multidisciplinary teams – performing the role of in-charge of the project, manage across the project lifecycle including assisting with scope definition, business case development, requirements gathering, functional and technical design- Supervise and review work performed by project team and agreeing on client and team matters with the manager and partner- Liaising with clients: in-house counsel, finance and legal teams, other experts, and regulatory enforcers. Develop and sustain solid relationships with client personnel- Participation in implementation of IFRS 9

- Auditing financial statements and group reporting packages of insurance companies and pension funds prepared according to Polish Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards- Participation in other attestation services (Agreed-upon Procedures Regarding Financial Information)- Performing process walkthroughs including identifying and testing internal control- Performing analyses of financial situation and impairment trigger over multiple entities during credit risk review procedures- Analysis and detailed testing of the appropriateness of recognition of Balance Sheet and Income Statement positions- Coordinating the work of less experienced team members

- Initial customer credit analysis, advice on choosing a financing institution, analysis of credit applications for formal requirements, negotiation of loan agreement on behalf of clients- Maintaining relationships with customers after the end of lending process, advice on life insurance and property insurance- Establishing cooperation and maintaining business relationships with real estate agencies and developers. Supporting partners in terms of customer service and completing documentation required by financial institutions in sale and purchase transactions of real estate
