Due to skillful management of the administration area I manage to achieve PLN several hundreds thousand savings per year. The key to success was designing an efficient administration policy based on speed, effectiveness and cost-efficiency. The innovations result in more competitive contracts for the company and improvement of logistic procedures for suppliers and service providers, car fleet, telephone network and logistic and shipment solutions. Moreover, it ensures a systematic development of the Administration Department.
