It’s based on client-server architecture and uses PHP as a medium between client app and the MySQL data storage. It relies on v4 support library to incorporate the Fragments and ActionBarSherlock support library as well to allow using of the action bar design pattern across all versions of Android.Apps for Engineers – native android application accomplished for CFE Media. It’s built on Fragments. It’s a listing of engineering applications that are stored in centralized server in MySQL database. This app utilizes SQLite database storage for offline use. The communication with the external server is through the PHP scripts that returns data to the client in a JSON format.Restaurant Hunter – native android application published on Google Play Market. It integrates Yelp, Facebook and Google Maps API’s. It uses location based technologies (GPS, internet provider) to locate restaurants near the current location. iOS PROJECTS:Apps for Engineers – native iOS application accomplished for CFE Media. It’s published on App Store and it is available for both iPhone and iPad devices. UI relies on Storyboard. The application uses client-server architecture and communicate with the server via RestKit 0.20 whereby maps the JSON response objects into Core Data.
