NAMEK was created as a tool to combine my love to esports and normal sports with local aspect. As founder/CEO of small company I took responsibility for almost everything.Key Areas:A) Polish Beach Handball Tour -> PGNiG Summer SuperligaI was responsible for multimedia delivery for whole seasons of beach handball in Poland. With people from Fundacja Modern Sport we have created one of the most recognized beach handball tournament in the world (Płock).B) Wisła Płock -> Wisła Płock EsportsI was responsobile for supporting externaly marketing department with multimedia and ideas. After getting promotion to Ekstraklasa organisation decided to found esport section of football club and I was chosen as Head of Esports.Wisła Płock Esports was 3rd polish football club which entered esports and the 1st one to operate not only in FIFA series. From Septmeber 2018 League of Legends team was created and played in Ultraliga on new esports TV channel - Polsat Games.C) ESE Entertainment - I was responsible for managing Rocketmania - international league (PL, HUN, CZ, SVK) in Rocket League, biggest in CEE with LAN finals in Esports Perfomance Center and for impementation of K1CK eSports Club into Polish market and forming their League of Legends roster which resulted in second place in European Masters and "pukimania" where our player was elected in TVP Sport poll as most popular polish sport celebrity (among names like Lewandowski or Stoch)D) Międzyszkolna Liga Esportowa -> Szkolne Mistrzostwa EsportoweOwn product, esports leagues for Płock area (1mln pop) with a lot of tension in educating teachers, parents and city/area officials what esports is and how much you can learn from it.E) 2020: during COVID we focused on online services like:- Official Polish Masters in Simracing - together with PZMOT and Porsche- Orlen Stay & Play - mixing sportsmen from Orlen Team with esport pro's from Rocket League and Asseto Corsa

I was responsible for developing live streaming solution for sports and betting market. After achieving it I focused on our key clients:A) Superliga Tenisa Stołowego - full rebranding including livestream addition, webpage, smart application, changes in league format and schedule, special events like Grubba Allstars or Pingpongowy Narodowy for years. Also worked with table tennis national, european and international federations (PZTS, ETTU, ITTF) in terms of multimedia and event coordination.B) Laola1.tv (SportRadar) - responsible for delivering livestreams and betting results from Polish market for biggest European media rights holder. Growth of cooperation resulted in many events outside Poland (Danmark, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic) and being responsobile for content delivery in Table Tennis Champions League.C) Drifmasters.gp - responsible for event coordination and promotion of biggest euroepean drift league.

Due to lack of esports team experience I partnered with UniversalSoldiers.pl - minor polish esports team. Implemented new model based on community and gaming servers which resulted in over 5000 registered hard users and organisation being recognised as polish TOP2 team.

I was responsible for campaigns for key clients such as Nokia or CD-Projekt. Creation of products based on ESL franchise system.

In 2007 PGS joined G7 Teams - association of biggest professional esports teams worldwide and I was the polish representative. As Head Manager I was responsible for creating new strategy for organisation which resulted in ~15 teams in different games which was the biggest number by that time in Europe.

I was one of the founders of biggest polish esport team in history. Started from managing Warcraft 3 team which turned into team manager for all esport teams and being responsible for creating new ones.After winning several major titles PGS was chosen as Team of the Year 2007 by eSports Awards (Turtle Entertainment).

I was responsible for Heayah Logitech Cybersport league in terms of Warcraft 3 game. Except admining the league I had to create format for progamers and amateurs and create whole team.
