About Marcin Silinski

First and foremost, I am a chartered engineer with a passion for an efficient and sustainable design. In the past I was a lead engineer on the Crossrail Bond Street station project and Thameslink London Bright station project.Also, have worked on the O2 Arena redevelopment and other large projects in the UK and Dubai.Currently, I am a director of PIRSA - Building Services Consultants, a company which main focus is on the quality of M&E design. I love seeing our design which is clear and well though through. For many years, I have tried to pay back to the industry by getting involved in non-profit organizations. The main driver here is to help younger engineers to feel good in the construction sector. For eight years I was a vice-chairman on the Association of Polish Engineers and now I am fellow member on CIBSE, on board of the HVAC Group. Also, I regularly carry out professional interviews for the Engineering Council Chartership.
