Key Account Manager- maintaining and developing relations with company’s strategic clients (large food multinationals, medium-size food operators, food retailers, distributors, agents)- ensuring that turnover, sales and profit targets are achieved- control and supervision of daily business and operations - project co-ordination (new product and technology developments) - negotiation of contracts - establishing co-operation with new business partners- marketing and promotion of company products- own brand development and various private label projects - participation in exhibitions and trade fairs Sales Director - responsibility for global sales and business development - supervision of sales and marketing team- recruitment of staff - elaboration of sales and marketing strategy/objectives

- production cost & efficiency calculations/analysis - raw and packaging material harmonisation- providing support in implementation of new factory systems- cost optimisation projects

- assisting Factory Director in key meetings (with factory management team, suppliers, sub-contractors, local authorities, trade unions) - preparation of business documents, reports and analysis- simultaneous interpretation during meetings/visits - agenda management - organisation of key visits- co-ordination of small factory projects

- supporting establishment of international retail clothing franchises/brands in Poland (River Island, Wallis, Esprit, Celio) - creation of first clothing retail outlets in major Polish cities - implementation of franchise & brand standards in stores across Poland - assurance of merchandising standards - employee training
