- motivation systems: analyses, recommendations, cooperation with business representatives, development and implementation of IT systems - KPI’s in HR area - reporting and benchmarking, - payroll and headcount budget analyses and management support – labor cost analyzes and forecasting, - compensation and benefits policy modification and unification within the TP Group (responsibilities in change analyses, changes in internal legal acts, communication), - responsible for C&B market reports and analyses, - C&B unit development projects coordinator, - project manager/project team memeber on multiple HRIS development and implementation and HR evaluation systems projects,- C&B internal trainer
