As Head Product Manager in the motor vertical, I have led several key initiatives to enhance Blocket’s motor services. I developed the Blocket partnership with Bily, streamlining the car-selling experience for private sellers. Additionally, I served as project lead for Blocket's top-priority initiative, Blocketbetalning, which enables secure money transfers between private car buyers and sellers.During this period, I also played a key role in data insights, utilizing tools like Google Analytics to inform decision-making and optimize performance for Bytbil and Blocket. Furthermore, I have been the spokesperson for mobility-related questions, representing Blocket in media outreach and industry discussions.

-Started my first assignment as responsible for the commercial product team. Working with different commercial partners we delivered products adding value for our private car sellers on Blocket-In the spring of 2018 I was appointed product owner for the car marketplace Bytbil.com. The task was to further grow the site. With new features as a new car section, online leasing, new filter options, SEO and editorial enhancements we achieved a thus far 53 % increase in unique visitors to the marketplace.-As of summer 2019 I was also part of the Blocket Ad insertion team where we optimised and automated the ad insertion experience for our private car sellers.

-Was responsible for initiatives in the area of contactless payments-Tested and did upgrades on the Coop card payment infrastructure-Project lead for building MedMera Banks new credit card and loan sign up.

As a test lead:-I organized and moderated our daily stand ups with all the scrum masters.-I was responsible for executing smoke and regression test as well as bug hunting during our test sprints.-I was admin for our test management tool, Testrail, and kept all test suites and test runs updated.-Worked closely with the development teams in an agile environment practicing both scrum and kanban methodologies.-Was part of delivering the new Avanza platform
