During this period as a PHP/JS web developer I was involved, among others in creating in-house application:- warehouse management system for field technicians and headquarters staff;- CRM ticket system for field technicians, headquarters staff and customers;- document flow system.At the same time, I worked with clients on contract execution and on-going service orders, as well as on larger projects such as replacing 10000 payment pinpads in all Kaufland and Lidl markets. In all these projects, I was responsible for project activities such as:- setting with client the scope of the project;- setting the schedule for its implementation;- preparing the process of equipment circulation in the warehouse and pre-installation center;- resolving emerging problems working with the client.By the end of 2010, I became the right-hand man of the EFT POS manager. Therefore I was also involved in preparing customer pricing quotes and calculating subcontractor rates. At the same time, my work was still focused on optimizing processes within the unit in which I worked. During this time I introduced following implementations for company processes in PHP web application:- automatic mathematical calculations of the future optimal warehouse stock for 80 field technicians on which the whole warehouse stock was forecasted and managed;- automatic ordering of parts for 80 service technicians based on current inventory, current demand (number of orders for a given type of part) and simulated number of future failures (about 4000 automatic orders per month);- design and implementation of self-service project which consisted on exchanging payment terminals with the use of couriers e.g. DHL - build for FirstData. This was pioneer service for the Polish ETFPOS market which is used nowadays as BAU.
