I also created a set of scripts that optimize routine operations, which allowed the company to significantly reduce costs and reduce working time spent on repetitive tasks.• Customer communication system management: I developed and managed an automatic e-mail system that ensures uniform and professional communication with customers. The system improved the consistency of content, improving contact with recipients and supporting a positive image of the company.• Creation of technical documentation and knowledge base: I created comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge base for users, containing detailed descriptions of functionality, operating procedures, and solving common problems.
