• Implementing the 360° approach in portfolio management• Building external and internal customer focus in the programming and communication• Executing strategy of adding local commissions to Discovery Poland content offer• Building programming policy considering the financial results of the company (ROI)• Managing four brands in Discovery Poland portfolio• Managing and coordinating the On Air, Marketing, PR and Digital communications • Creating schedules’ strategies in order for the effective use of the Media Planning resources• Cooperation, creation and implementation of ad funded and brand partnership projects• Support of the affiliates’ sales

• Managing Discovery portfolio scheduling, including the launch of lifestyle portfolio,• Close cooperation with Marketing and On-Air Directors and contribution in planning and creating of the communication strategy, • Recruiting and creation of the scheduling team to manage 8 channels in Poland• Participation in launching Canal+Discovery channel, mainly in the programming acquisitions• Recruiting and supervising the channel teams in Romania and Hungary• Cooperation with the scheduling teams within EMEA group• Implementation of the global highlights and programming policy of Discovery group

• Implementation of new programming policy of the channel• Creation of the Polish programming unit within MTV channels
