My role covered both the transactional (M&A) activities as well as the post-transactional ones (creation and implementation of Value Creation Plans, Post-Merger Integration and supervision of investments).Selected deal experience:- 2024 acquisition of the remaining 70% in Menzies Distribution Logistics for £60m with a demerger of Menzies Distribution Services- 2023 acquisition of 30% stake at Menzies Distribution in the UK for £49m (EV £165m), with a three-year call option to acquire the remaining stake- 2021 acquisition of Mondial Relay in France for €513m- 2021 IPO of InPost at Amsterdam Stock Exchange, valued at €8bn

Responsible for implementation of various growth projects, among other:- Re-launching InPost’s operations in the UK- Sales of automated parcel lockers internationally- Rebuilding and ensuring continuity of the Investor Relations function after sudden departure of the existing Head of IR- Acquisition of Mondial Relay in France and subsequent monitoring of the Value Creation Plan

Responsible for set-up and subsequent monitoring of the Value Creation Plan, consisting of >20 strategic, commercial, financial, organizational and operational projects reflecting InPost's strategy after Advent's takeover in 2017
