With over 25 years of experience as a lawyer, I lead the legal affairs for Fortum Power and Heat Polska, a leading energy company in Poland. I oversee all legal aspects of the company's operations, including mergers and acquisitions, project finance, corporate finance, contracts, tariffs, and regulatory compliance. I also serve as a secretary or a member of the supervisory boards of several Fortum subsidiaries and affiliates in Poland.My core competencies are M&A and energy law, with a special focus on intellectual property, contract drafting, and corporate law. I have successfully handled complex and high-value transactions and projects in the energy sector, both as an in-house counsel and as a senior associate in an international law firm. I am also a graduate of postgraduate studies in competition law and a published author and speaker on legal topics.
