- Providing third level incident support for Nordea’s Core Banking Program- T24 error root cause analysis using Splunk and AppDynamics- Addressing application defects and bugs (minor T24 development if needed)- Creating applications for workflow improvement (Java, Splunk, Maven)

- Maintaining the completeness of feeds with Fundamental data- Deep involvement in the process of adding new data from external vendors to the Fundamentals database: gathering requirements, working with developers, testing- Gathering business requirements and creating documents for the developers- Managing stakeholders, agreeing business decisions with operations management, product owners, business strategy, quality teams, analysts- Involvement in automation projects- Organizing and delivering T-SQL and VBA training sessions

- Working within an international team on developing the taxonomy of the new TRF (Thomson Reuters Fundamentals) database with close cooperation with the different teams involved. - Ensuring the backward compatibility with the legacy databases as well as correct load of historical data to the new database. - Creating the automation tools using VBA and SQL that improved the development as well as tools that improved Quality Control processes and workflow management across different departments. - Delivering Excel and SQL training.

- Providing clients with Fundamental Data relating to publicly trading companies, especially on European Stock Exchanges. - Keeping abreast of daily market activity and ensure information is updated in a timely manner for Reuters Data customers - Liaising directly with other teams within the Company Information on a regular basis - Maintaining timeliness, accuracy and completeness of information
