I am a seasoned HR leader and IT strategist with over 25 years of experience in various industries. At Policaro Group, I lead the strategic direction and execution of all HR and IT functions for a leading dealer group with over 500 employees across nine locations in the GTA.My mission is to create memorable experiences at every interaction of our employee's career.
