I believe that today everything can be done better than it was done yesterday.  Each manager's decision in the end means earned or lost money. The key is to realize that we can treat every change, every problem we encounter as an opportunity and try to take advantage of it. In today's employee market, the manager's soft skills are leading - I build beneficial relationships with employees at various levels. Thanks to this, I create and develop teams that cope well with changing conditions and see opportunities, cooperation is natural for them. I have experienced the process many times, when people to whom I showed a clear goal, coach them in choosing a path and supported them in implementation, achieved results exceeding the original assumptions. The team must know its impact on the entire organization, and understand where and why the company is going. Then every problem, process and thus every client will be taken care of. This philosophy enables me to effective strategic planning ad it’s tactical execution, plan and control processes in the production and logistics area, run projects and manage change.I perfectly understand the need to develop organizations and technologies. I am an innovative person, the author of a number of solutions that resulted in the optimization of processes and continuous improvement of production efficiency. I have implemented completely new technologies as well as several launches of new production lines and new products.  I am constantly developing and expanding the scope of my competencies. The most interesting educational experience for me was the Executive MBA, which I graduated with the first place in the year. I had the opportunity to develop myself in managing the company's finances, contract development, legal issues in the functioning of the company, and financial controlling.  My professional career is related to production management, first in the paper industry, now in the sector bordering on automotive. The latter experience deepened my knowledge of continuous process improvement methodologies and techniques, such as Lean Manufacturing, and their practical implementation and supervision of related activities. It also allowed me to work more extensively with internal quality standards and customer requirements. A relatively new fascination for me are agile project management methodologies - it's one of the many different approaches to project management that I use at work.I am open to all branches of industry and services - every organization is made of people. And I like and want to work with people.
