Defining the scope and budget for the contractor,• preparing the contract in cooperation with layer and business sponsor,• managing negotiations and signing contract at Silicon Valley, California,• defining project milestones,• supervising product design, validation and prototype phases at the contractor, • attending design reviews at the contractor, assuring requirements are well understood and met,• defining end-user acceptance test procedures,• releasing the high fidelity design for prototype production,• supporting the design team in critical moments by arranging brainstorming sessions with external experts, • creating and performing a product showcase event, pitching in front of potential investors,• leading business talks, • executing business goals.
