As a true people manager, he cares deeply about his team and is always willing to help and listen. I’m still not sure how we managed to stay on top of things while managing 30 people divided into 5 empowered product teams, but that’s what he did. 
I was also impressed by Marcin’s communication skills and his ability to handle any situation calmly and patiently. He knows how to work through a crisis and how to boost team’s morale even in the darkest of times. 

But the most important thing to say about Marcin is that without his guidance and support, I wouldn’t be where I am now. He helped me grow, both as a manager and a product designer: asking all the right questions and encouraging me to challenge myself and try new things/roles. I can’t thank him enough for it.
