Current• Supervises the Company's financial policy, including: accounting, taxes, payments, contacts with the Revenue Service, etc. Coordinates the process of closing the month and the year. Prepares group reports and Polish financial reports. Plans and budgets. • Implemented the new financial and accounting system – Navision. Cooperates with auditors and financial institutions. • Manages a four-people financial and accounting team. Supervises HR, Payroll and IT. Adapts business processes to the requirements of the group. Is co-responsible for the financial result. Takes part in the process of acquiring companies for the group.✪ PROJECTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS• Created a system for informing the management (managerial reports, cost pricing, etc.). Consciously carried out the business with focus on goals. • Built the financial and accounting departments from scratch. • Implemented ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics Navision), an efficient accounting and logistics system.
