Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing of aircraft material on global market;- Place and track purchase orders for aircraft parts, general material and tools;- Identify and recommend potential new suppliers, based on market knowledge;- Monitor the complete supply chain;- Work closely with other support teams (Finance, Engineering, IT) on staffing plans, schedules and performance levels,- Identifying optimization potential for processes and carrying out the unification;- Coordinate with suppliers in case of delayed delivery;- Liaise with production as the customer;- Optimize purchasing with regards to total costs of purchasing;- Support colleagues within the department with technical knowledge of the assigned material range;- Creating a purchase procedure;- Daily reporting.

Key Responsibilities:- Processing orders in the system based on the input from customers and salesmen;- Planning and determination of local inventory, setting standards and stock parameters, calculation of inventory reserves;- Work with company support team to resolve delivery issues. Responds to customer inquiries regarding delivery;- Develop alternate delivery plan in the event of emergency breakdowns;- Assure most cost effective method of delivery is utilized;- Coordinate with customers to prioritize mix schedule to create efficient deliveries and meet time commitments;- Daily reporting; - Performing other duties as assigned.
