Responsible for credit risk of Bank's credit card portfolio & credit card related installment products including:- Managing credit risk in banking projects (acquisition and portfolio management projects)- Development / optimization and automation of credit processes throughout the product's credit cycle- Designing credit policies assuring portfolio composition meeting risk-reward targets- Development of risk management tools- Managing a team of risk professionals

Responsible for credit risk of Bank's revolving products (credit card, unsecured overdraft) including:- Development of credit policies (both acquisition and portfolio management) for unsecured products- Managing credit risk in banking projects - Development / optimization of credit processes throughout the product's credit cycle- Development of risk management tools, including segmentation models- Managing a team of risk professionals

Managing credit policy for credit card including:- Analysis of credit performance and trends in the portfolio- Managing risk in banking projects (acquisition and portfolio management projects)- Analysis of product’s profitability (forecasting of loss indicators for P&L calculations)- Development of risk management tools

4 half-year rotations 1st rotation – E-marketing Bureau: internet marketing projects - advertising campaigns (also in cooperation with external partners), organization of cooperation with affiliates;2nd rotation – Department of Product Development for Small & Medium Enterprises: implementation of new products for Small & Medium Enterprises; segment offers preparation; process development for internet distribution channel;3rd rotation – Department of Credit Policy (Credit Card): implementation of credit line management processes; profitability analysis; forecasting of risk indicators; portfolio performance analysis;4th rotation – Strategy Department: Bank and banking sector analysis, e.g. CAR vs ROE, credit performance; companies valuation for Bank’s investment and restructuring purposes
