Responsibilities:- leading a cross-functional team, building enterprise mobile applications for Roche and Genentech- close cooperation with other technical leaders, product owners and stakeholders- staffing new roles within the team (interviews, onboarding)- technical project management- participating in design and architectural decisions- defining technology radar- defining and reviewing development processes

Responsibilities:- leading a team of iOS developers building enterprise class, mobile client for Salesforce.com- close cooperation with product owners, acting as a single point of contact for all stakeholders- designing backend systems and client-server communication for mobile applications- technical project management during development and bug fixing phases (estimation, work assignment, release planning, reviewing/writing specifications)- development of new mobile applications required by variety of different Roche’s and Genentech’s departments
