I am currently working for the Pałac Saski sp. z o.o. as a Director of communication Department. SPV is responsible for the process of reconstruction of the Saski Palace, Brühl Palace and tenement houses at ul. Królewska in Warsaw.About me. My previous workplaces and projects I ran, allowed me to develop my PM accountabilities and many more, include establishing and maintaining contacts with media patrons and strategic partners of the Project, building and strengthening brands. Additionally, I was responsible for developing and implementing of comprehensive strategies to improve visual identification of the Project through Web site design, campaign billboards, TV and radio advertising.I have developed strong leadership skills by coordinating a group of people involved in the project. I conducted workshops and trainings at international level. My experience is also vast in organization of public campaigns and cooperation with the media (preparing press releases, giving speeches to the media, logistics of press conferences).In professional environment I very much appreciate challenges I work most efficiently in projects, under time pressure, risk and stress. And I believe that the best way to achieve goals is teamwork. I am a very good organizer and despite very optimistic approach to the world I am an extremely critical person. This combination of approaches allows me to look at problems and challenges from a variety of perspectives and find unconventional solutions. I am responsible, punctual and full of enthusiasm for further development and improvement. I am a quick learner, which allows me to easily adapt to new challenges.Sport is my passion. I have been playing in the WNBA amateur basketball league at the point guard position for many years. I'm a lifeguard and I regularly run and ride a bike.
