Born in 1972. He gained managerial skills in Western corporations of FMCG. Then he created and managed one of the largest European private label centres. He has been negotiating in an international environment with a total of several hundred million euros. With many years of support, numerous successes and experience in sales, negotiations and company management in positions of chairman of the board. Since 2010, he has been running workshops, trainings and conferences for managers of leading corporations, spending about 1,000 hours a year in training rooms. He is the substantive director of the leading training organization Brian Tracy International in Poland.He educated hundreds of professional negotiators, trainers, managers and sellers. Graduate from renowned coaching schools, including the prestigious The Art And Science of Coaching at the Erickson Institute in Vancouver. As a certified trainer of the oldest American coaching organization - Corporate Coach U®, he supports leaders and management boards of companies in achieving over-standard results. He is a recognized expert who publishes, among others, in monthlies such as World Business Class Magazine, Forbes, Marketer+, New Sales, Benefit, HR Leaders, Personel i Zarządzanie. His regular clients include the largest international corporations, leaders in particular industries. He performs with leading Polish and western speakers on the most important industry conferences.
