Keeping it at 40% revenue with QA of 95%.Responsibilities- team and project management- developing instructions and project documentation - analysis and improvements of all processes, schedules and project costs- contact with clients, deadlines negotiation- settlements - quality checks - root cause analysis

Preparation of all materials from client's requests for translation and sending back localized content. Responsibilities- preparing analysis and conversion of source materials - knowledge of web based files (html, XML, xlf, etc.)- translation memory updates- helpdesk for translators- QA checks on localized projects- developing macros for Excel- testing and slight modification of internal CMS

Sharing knowledge needed in localization industry.Delivering trainings of most recognizable CAT tools: Trados 2007 and Trados Studio 2009

Responsibilities- creating training frameworks- organizing and managing different training types (online, hands on, open)

Trainer and helpdesk- delivering SDL Trados Studio trainings for over 500 participants (online, 1-to-1 and group trainings)- helpdesk for SDL Trados users
