⚫️ I provide comprehensive and pragmatic advice to companies within HR laws.⚫️ I support employers in all matters related to employment and labour law including business transfers, restructuring measures, transformation projects, negotiations with trade unions or works councils, carve-outs, discrimination complaints, remuneration systems, working time, internal investigations, internal policies.⚫️ As a Professor of Jagielonian University I conduct research on the most current issues of employment. I also give lectures in the field of Polish and European labor law.⚫️ During my almost 20-years acting as an employment lawyer and academic I worked for many international institution, including Council of Europe (as a member of European Committe of Social Righs), European Union and ILO. I served as a Visiting Professor at Oxford University and University of Strabsourg.
