Reporting to the CEO and managing a team of 150 people ( 9 direct). Managing port and transhipment terminals, solid and liquid bulk.Responsible for planning and implementing Copersucar’s operational port capacity recovery plan, after port fire in 2013, resulting in 8.5 million tons of port elevation shortage. Guided the stakeholders in the fulfilment of current contractual obligations;Bringing world-class practices in safety management in the port terminal. After roadshow for Lloyd's of London underwriters, resulting in a reduction of 35% in the insurance costs.Design of strategic partnerships for ethanol, sugar, grain, fuel in bulk, bags, containers, maritime containers, logistics projects, evaluating potential spin-offs, JV, M&A;In charge of US$ 15 million implementation of a truck/rail terminal with 1.5 million tons/year of throughput;Direct relation with local, state and federal authorities leading a process in order to obtain environmental licenses and federal agency permits;Directing corporate CAPEX budgeting and implementing infrastructure projects; US$ 150 million (2013 to 2015), responsible for the infrastructure investments. •Green field fuel Terminal with 180.000 m³ storage capacity and 5 million m³/year throughput capacity, US$ 50 million investments;•Ethanol pipeline connecting Copersucar’s ethanol terminal and Petrobras refinery.•Port Terminal expansion in 2012, doubling the elevation capacity to 10.0 million tons/year, US$ 60 MM investments;•Re-building of Copersucar’s Port Terminal in Santos, after fire, US$ 50 MM investments. Resulting in return to operations in 62 days, 50% capacity in 7 months and 100% capacity in 16 months. •Key participation in the project development of west pier in Port of Paranaguá;•Key participation in project development of a bulk port terminal project in Port of Paranaguá;•Key participation in the development of a multi-complex project in Port of Santos

o Managing all operations, engineering, accounting, HR, health and safety departments. Managed a team of 350 people, 12 directly reporting keeping the directing report staff turnover lower than 5% per year. Managing US$ 30 million/year OPEX with 20% per year reduction of unitary costs in the last 2 years;o Managing the operational KPI’s achieving the elevation record of 600,000 t in Sept 2010 considering the designed capacity of 500,000 t per month. While maintaining high level of safety standards. Managing 6 million tons/year elevation of sugar and soya bean operations;o Leading the development of EVTE (economic and financial feasibility studies) and its acceptance by port authorities, resulting in an additional 20 years of federal concession to Copersucar’s port terminal in Santos.o As Engineering Manager, I was in charge of several unit expansion projects in the port terminal and new projects, follows the most relevant:• Capacity expansion in 2005 with additional 106,000 tons storage capacity and 6.0 million tons/year loading capacity, US$ 40 million investments;• Capacity expansion in 2002 with additional 80,000 tons storage capacity and 1.5 million tons/year loading capacity, US$ 30 million investments;• Participation in implementation of the Copersucar’s port terminal for bag operations in 1998, resulting in 850,000 tons/year capacity, US$ 40 million investments. Considered one of the most modern and innovative terminal for sugar bagged in the world. oDeveloping the port terminal expansion business plan, used as a guide for future projects;oParticipation in sales of port elevation, for bulk sugar, bagged sugar and bulk grain, obtaining additional revenue of US$ 15.0 million per year. Managing logistic and rail contracts, collaborating in improving the rail from 20% to 40%;oLeading implementation of quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001);oRepresent the company in Port Committees and Forums acting as Advisor of CAP São Sebastião;

o Key participation in the electrical and automation engineering for the Sao Paulo plant expansion of refined sugar production and roast and ground coffee resulting in 50% improved capacity; o Participation in Electrical and automation maintenance engineering;o Key participation of the automation of packing and distribution of Coffee Plant and packing and distribution of sugar refinery plant, saving 5% of product used as overweight in the packing process;o Participation on integration of maintenance processes between 03 main sugar refineries;o Participation of the start-up of the new roast and ground coffee factory named Torrefacto. This new process reduced 30% the use of raw coffee in the final production;

o Participation of an engineering development for the retrofit, modernization and expansion of factories one and two, modernization of looms and spinning machines;o Participation of Electrical and automation maintenance engineering;o Supporting , units located out of Sao Paulo state in electrical engineering.
