With 17+ years of experience in Telecom and ICT industries, Marcio has worked in several leading roles: Senior Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Consultant and Team Leader.Marcio started his professional career in Portugal, then moved to Canada where he lived for 9 years working in multiple international projects, which allowed him to develop strong business and leadership skills.As a subject matter expert in Collaboration, Hybrid Work and Customer Experience Solutions (UCaaS, Video, CCaaS and CPaaS), he is leading complex digital transformation projects.His passion is to enable companies to connect customers, business processes and technology seamlessly, driving innovation to achieve business outcomes using APIs, AI and low-code orchestration platforms.In his spare time he loves spending time with his family in the nature doing Mountain Biking, Hiking and XC Skiing :)
