• Responsible for the negotiation, hiring and financial control of Logistic services at the 9 Unigel plants in Brazil: road transport of hazardous bulk liquids, dry and engineering cargo, maritime freight in general, port operation, internal handling and dispatch; • Logistic-process modeling and adaptation of factory transport in collaboration with operational teams – transportation of hazardous liquid chemical products by road and coastal shipping;• Contract management for hazardous chemical-product storage at terminals in Aratu (Candeias-BA) and Barnabé Island (Santos-SP), total of 48.000 m³,• Implantation of a freight management system (TMS) to control 2 million tons transported per year.• Coordination of improvement projects and logistics negotiations, reduction of BRL 3 million in a BRL 120 million budget in 2010.

• Management of the supply area for the 6 plants in Bahia: around 30,000 items and values to the order of BRL 50 million/year.• Responsible for the purchase of raw materials, packaging, maintenance, repair and operational items, hiring logistics services and general services and rentals;• Management of Logistics Operations in receipt and dispatch – Petrochemicals and Plastics;• Importation and Exportation for the entire Unigel group, including customs clearance;• Production planning and Control and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning);• Warehouse management for productive, non-productive material (25,000 items) and finished products.

• Planning and control of physical and financial chronograms for expansion projects at factories in Bahia, total value of BRL 300 million.• Focal point at BNDES in the justification of project expenditure;• Support to the project purchasing team in hiring services and equipment.

• Responsible for the purchase of imported equipment (including all the importation process ) and national equipment, materials in general and for hiring services and equipment for Unigel expansion projects in Bahia.

• Purchase management of equipment, materials in general and secondary raw material and administration of outsourced services – values of around US$ 10 million/year.• Importation of parts and bulk raw material, including customs clearance, also responsible for handling imported raw material between the port in Aratu and the plant in Candeias (3 to 4 thousand tons/month);• Management of the MRO warehouse (5,000 items). Stock control, parameterization of productive and nonproductive items (order point and purchase lot) in accordance with demand taking into account supplier, production criticality and the existence of alternative materials.

• Delivery programming with suppliers of all national or imported raw material and packaging utilized at the plant;• Critical analysis of customer orders;• Receipt and dispatch logistics;• Internal handling and warehousing of raw material and finished products;• Management of the MRO warehouse (3,000 items);• Master production planning (MPS) and planning of raw materials (MRP);• Raw-material inventory and finished-product planning.
