Avon NoLA obtained the CEO recognition for the company delivering best results in 2019.• Business Transformation: Designed and presented a business transformation roadmap that included the capital proposal and implementation of ERP across 7 markets and FSSC, design and launch eCommerce sales and operations, implement data analytics tools (Alteryx and Tableu) to manage customer data base through segmentation and doubled the number of pay points by negotiating access and fees with new vendors and implemented digital payments across the region.
