- Development and implementation of project, startup and training of operations teams, in an innovative project for the construction of a manufacturing plant and micro thermoelectric generation.- Responsible for the Operations of the Business Units with around 400 direct employees;- Boost strategic initiatives, develop the business-plan, actively participate in product development with the R&D department, and promote follow-up with Stakeholders and CEO.- Reorganize the manufacturing units, creating a continuous process flow introducing the concept of lean manufacturing, defining actions to obtain expressive results;- Implementation and continuous updating of industrial management models in the pursuit of continuous improvement, efficiency of equipment, human resources, materials and production inputs, using the models and tools of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, WCM, TPM, SPC, High Performance Team;- Team leadership and management together with the HR area, in matters related to the team, aiming at attracting, retaining, motivating and developing the employee, managing the P4G (Partner for Growth) and their PDI;- Develop high performance teams through training plans, direct coaching, participation in the selection processes, performance evaluation, guiding and enforcing policies, procedures and / or standards related to the company and governmental organizations.- Implementation, monitoring, analysis and control of indicators (KPI´s-Key Performance Indicator) for the management of the areas, as well as the use of the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) performance index, proposing plans and actions necessary to ensure the achievement of goals and established objectives;- Implementation and maintenance of the IMS (Integrated Management System) and the support areas (HR, Quality, Environment, Health and Safety at Work) at the corporate level.

- Together with the engineering and quality departments, studying the requirements for the implementation of new equipment, automation, modernization and initialization, helps to contribute to the increase in quality and offers in the market;- Ensure availability of equipment and facilities through the planning and execution of preventive, predictive and correct maintenance, as well as maintaining safety aspects with a focus on Zero Incident, organization, conservation and cleaning of manufacturing facilities, in accordance with quality systems, Environment Environment, Safety and Occupational Medicine, established by the company or by the legislation in force;- Develop standardized maintenance work for critical processes, prepare manuals and develop training for the main maintenance activities, apply the concept of “On the Job Training” promoting the development and engagement of the team in the operation; - Knowledge in Maintenance Planning and Control, elaboration of maintenance plan procedures, implementation of TPM concepts and Automatic Maintenance, failure analysis and operational monitoring following the main performance indicators (MTBF- Average Time Between Failures, MTTR-Average Time ) between Repairs, etc.); - Develop studies for analysis of chronic and / or recurrent failures, reliability engineering techniques and tools, such as: Failure Tree, RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), FMEA (Analysis of Closing Modes and their Effects), Ishikawa Diagram , 5W2H, MASP; - Notions in supervisory systems, network protocols (profbus, fieldbus), memory programming process (EPROMs, EEPROM), LD (ladder) and FBD (block list), PLC controller SLC500 (Allen Bradley). - Parker Hannifin (USA) training in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. - Knowledge in industrial electrical (electric motors, installations and supplies) and microgeneration.
