In this temporary role, I managed brand communication for Vodafone’s mass market of smartphones, mobile tariffs, 5G network, among others.. Key responsabilities:- Drove brand consistency by ensuring all retail and digital content was aligned with Vodafone’s mass market positioning and visual guidelines.- Led cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing and retail teams to align campaigns with sales objectives, implement communication materials in Vodafone stores and digital channels, enhancing product visibility. customer interaction and conversion.- Coordinated external agencies for the design and rollout of promotional materials and visuals.
