Structured the Brazil robotic welding business and, under the headquarters direction, developed the division strategy. Oversaw the sale of custom engineered and modular welding solutions for all Brazil regions. Sales prospection and negotiation, achieved more than $7M in revenue.

Sigma Black Belt champion, focusing on quality and production increase. Responsible for the Value Stream transformation, led cross-functional teams through process improvement projects, implementing the Lean System. Assisted personnel in understanding Six Sigma methods and putting those methods to use in their daily activities.

Responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of new robotic welding process, development of manual and robotic welding parameters (PQRs, WPSs and Welding Procedures), support the fabrication area and the introduction of new technology.
