Minha atuação profissional se deu em todo o Brasil e vários países da América Latina. Minha ambição pessoal e profissional é contribuir para mudar paradigmas e sistemas complexos que possam gerar mais equidade, justiça social e sustentabilidade ambiental. Atualmente faço isso como consultor independente e diretor do Instituto Tecnologia e Equidade. Meus últimos cargos de carreira foram Consultor Sênior da Fundação Porticus (fundação privada internacional global da holding C&A) na qual desenvolvi um portfólio de 24 projetos focados em Democracia e Tecnologia e Gerente de Tecnologia para Mudança Social na Fundação Avina, área que ajudei a implantar e que iniciou uma longa série de investimentos filantrópicos em tecnologias digitais com fins cívicos. Comecei minha carreira como consultor em desenvolvimento territorial, com atuação em mais de 30 projetos em 18 estados do Brasil.I am an experienced professional with 30 years of experience in fields and topics such as strategic philanthropy, private social investment, solving complex problems, technology for civic purposes, digital democracy, citizen participation, digital rights, open government, open data and combating disinformation.My professional activities took place throughout Brazil and several countries in Latin America.My personal and professional ambition is to contribute to changing complex systems and paradigms that can generate more equity, social justice and environmental sustainability. I currently do this as an independent consultant and director of the Instituto Tecnologia e Equidade.My last career positions were Senior Consultant at Fundação Porticus (global private international foundation of holding company C&A) in which I developed a portfolio of 24 projects focused on Democracy and Technology and Technology for Social Change Manager at Fundação Avina, an area that I helped to implement and that initiated a long series of philanthropic investments in digital technologies for civic purposes. I started my career as a consultant in territorial development, working on more than 30 projects in 18 states in Brazil.
