Initially worked to 'break' the new product to help the design process. Worked closely with software designers and programmers to understand more about what each product is meant to do, its key features and who will use it.Then i'd run functional tests, customer scenario testing, stress testing, performance testing, scalability testing and legal features testing. As the modules of the designed ERP were released i put up a team of consultantts to trainning key-users and have the job running well in our customers.
