LA Chefs started many years ago as a very small catering service, and has now grown to the largest independent caterer in Southern Alberta. We employ upwards of 100 people, and can cater to virtually any event any size, at any location. Most exciting are our venue partnerships with the Coast Lethbridge Hotel, the Norland Historic Estate, and the Countryside Barn! Home base is the Coast Lethbridge Hotel where we enjoy a mutually rewarding partnership with the Hotel. New opportunities seem to be sprouting like the buds on springtime trees - keeps life VERY exciting!My philosophy in owning a business is very simple, and stems from the values instilled in me as I watched my father run our family farm for many years. Work incredibly hard, be true to your word, always value the people around you, don't let greed rule your decisions - and good things will come to you. Seems to have worked so far.
