Olympic Park London

• Programme Manager, responsible for the delivery of all BT technology and services to meet The London Organising Committee for Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG) requirements. A total of 5 venues based in the Northern.
• Management of the implementation of the technology infrastructure & operating systems to achieve exceptional quality of delivery within non-negotiable timeframes in a high profile environment.
• Formed a high performing team of over 80 staff for London 2012 which operated Games networks and services with 100% availability, mitigating £23m of potential costs to BT.
• Establishment and on-going management of numerous outsourced relationships with major suppliers for London 2012, to ensure timescales are met in agreement with milestones on project schedule.
• Management of the detailed venue design and overlay containment routes for all Olympic Park cluster venues to ensure telecoms requirements are understood and co-ordinated during the build phase.
• Responsible for defining the delivery schedule for each venue in their cluster to achieve LOCOG’s requirements for Test Events and Games Time
