Led the Southwest Group in largest number of submitted PA projects for Hurricane Harvey. Deployments to Puerto Rico, Georgia and Texas to manage recovery efforts in concert with the FEMA Public Assistance Program on AECOM task orders. Executed 428 Alternative Procedures projects with Critical Infrastructure on facilities contaminated with mold and two bridge replacements. Developed and reviewed construction cost estimates; reviewed and validated cost estimates from other parties to ensure they are accurate, complete, and within compliance guidelines; utilized software to develop cost estimates for infrastructure, road, and/or public facilities.

Completed temporary contract position managing construction of a 55,000 SF, 3-story mosque with 400+ drilled piers on critically expansive soil and a Mixed Use Medical/Residential structure.

Transferred to Intercontinental Airport in Houston working on managing airport capital construction programs. Previously working in Nigeria contributing to the management for the new $1.4 Billion Lekki Port design and construction as the Site Manager. managing design and construction of the new $1.4 Billion Lekki Port on the Nigerian coast.

Senior management postion on an AFCAP CE Operations project in Iraq at the Balad Airbase. In charge of all operations with a staff of over 750 personnel.

Embedded on a staff augmentation basis with the US Department of Homeland Security. Provide management services of repair and alteration projects for Customs & Border Protection (CBP) facilities within the CBP PMO Office. Coordinate with end user to translate operational requirements into facilities projects. Provide complete and useable facilities including FF&E, security features, engineering, architecture, construction and voice/data/security systems.

Involved with nearly all aspects of the 61 acre Union Park high density mixed use urban development in downtown Las Vegas. Interfaced with top level management; from utility CEO’s to the Mayor of Las Vegas. Coordinated brownfield remediation activities for the site with NDEP and City of Las Vegas. Compiled all schedules and construction budgets; proformas, managed all contracting, A/P & A/R activities. Independently set up invoicing system in the Las Vegas office.
