My primary responsibility is the management of the VMS Contingent Worker roll-out program of SAP Fieldglass, across multiple Vodafone operating markets/companies globally. I have been involved in 9 country roll-outs with a further 4 in progress and more to follow. Key aspects have been project managing the SAP Fieldglass implementation per market and working with the relevant MSP(s) across Europe to ensure a successful implementation and on-going operational readiness and support of the MSP per market/country. In addition to this, I have built and developed the VMS BAU shared service centre team based on Budapest, Hungry. This team is now supporting 9 markets and been instrumental to the the on-going success of the global roll-out program.
