I have a BA in Economics and an MA in Political Science from Columbia University and have been an Apple Developer since 1983.Most of my life I have pursued my three main interests, love of history, technology and concern for the future of Jewish people. I have managed successfully to combine in the past 20 years by starting and growing a company that develops multimedia history products and developing the worlds largest history web site. At the same time, I was the founding President of a new Jewish Day School which was involved with for many years. I even taught history there, for a number of years. My life has been divided between living in Israel where I first moved in 1975 and America where I spent most of my life. We moved back to Israel in 2011.In the past, our company has developed 50 programs for the iPhone and iPad. We were one of the first companies to release software for the iPad, releasing the first product on the release day of the iPad. I am one of the publishers of a new academic press called the Israel Academic Press, where we publish high quality Israeli academic books. For the past ten years, I have been a weekly guest discussing International Affairs on the Bob Harden Radio show.For the past six years I have had a column in Newsweek called Tel Aviv Diary, In addition, I am a frequent commentator on i24 News,ILTV and RT discussing events in Israel, US politics, and the Trump Administration. I have just launched a new economic news app on Israel called DigitOne.
