My journey began as a Junior Marketer at Silverrocket Creative, where I learned the value of creativity and communication. At Capitec Bank, I spent seven years honing my skills in customer service, starting as a Service Consultant and later being promoted to Assistant Branch Manager, driven by a passion for leadership and helping others grow. Today, I proudly serve as the Customer Services Area Manager for Nelspruit at Silulumanzi, where I am committed to not only improving customer experience and revenue growth, but also being a servant leader to my teams and ensure that we all drive an intense working environment and not a tense environment. Every step of my career has been fueled by a desire to make a positive impact, lead with purpose, and inspire those around me.
