I completed several contract assignments, managing and writing proposals for a wide range of companies. During these years, I worked on everything from large, multi-volume efforts to small, task order responses.Whatever the project, I ensured quality control throughout the entire proposal process, even while operating under tight deadlines.Throughout it all, I achieved an impressive record of winning medium to large ($10 M to $100 M) Federal proposals.

I managed a $2.5 billion telecommunications proposal (DTS-P) for Defense Information Systems Network (DISN). For that effort, I collected information, interviewed subject matter experts, and wrote sections. I also led meetings (e.g. kick off, red team), devised win themes, and wrote style manual. In addition, I wrote various proposals for the Federal Systems Division, while also serving as volume manager. These efforts were usually large but several were task order responses.

I managed and wrote winning proposals for FEMA, NFA, NAVSEA, AFRL,In all cases, I edited the final documents to ensure compliance, coherence, and consistency.In addition, I wrote promotional material for many of the company's products, particularly games and simulation systems.
