As a Director of Sales at Shatterbox, I own our sales pipeline and strategy for a fast-growing and innovative startup. As its an early stage company, I also wear other hats including building internal operations, customer success, product implementation, and leading our marketing efforts. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Oklahoma, where I received multiple awards for my academic and leadership excellence. My core competencies include team/culture building, operations, problem solving, and presentation skills.Before joining Shatterbox, I was the Co-Founder and CEO of Cadenzo, a tech startup that raised $192,000 from grants, competitions, accelerators, and investors. I built a team of six individuals and participated in three nationally recognized startup accelerator programs, where I honed my skills in sales, marketing, HR, PR, social media, recruiting, and team development. I am passionate about creating and scaling impactful solutions that solve real problems for real people.
