I concentrate my practice in business litigation as well as general business and employment law. My experience includes disputes in closely-held corporations, commercial contract cases, business torts, executive employment and non-competition litigation, government investigations, commercial landlord-tenant matters, and construction cases. I also serve as counsel to closely-held businesses, advising them on issues such as the initial formation and maintenance of the business entity, contract and employment matters, as well as crisis situations. For over 25 years, my partners and I have built a solid reputation guiding our clients and we are proud of the trust they place in our team.
