Typical project: 20 MW, €40 million capex. Definition of a new entrant strategy in the "facility management" market with well established players, with a very differentiating positioning and a "one stop shopping" offer.Organization of resources and management of a team distributed within the group and subcontractors.Implementation and animation of a development partnership with a national recycling player for the supply of power plants.

Typical project is 10 MWe, 55m€ capex, 60 000 tons/year of feedstock.Main achievements: - CHO Tiper project in Thouars (79), with funding arrangement from Banque Européenne d'Investissement, Ademe, Caisse des Dépots. - CHO Locminé (56): project fully developped ready for funding.=> Extension of the business model to technology licensing. => Lobbying: set up and management of the lobbying activity. Relationships with central administration, active participation to professional association (Syndicat des Energies Renouvelables, Club Pyrogazéification), influence of Programmation Pluriannuelle de l'Energie law.
