Bold, Modern and Memorable. As a creative director and designer, I’m always searching for new ways to bring these words to life — whether it’s a logo, print promotion, or digital campaign. My highly-collaborative approach draws from research and strategy. Twenty years of working alongside great talent helps, too.As a third generation designer, I'm steeped in design references old and new. My career began at the legendary firm Chermayeff & Geismar, where I designed the Showtime logo. I went on to become a founding partner and Creative Director of MSLK, a beauty branding agency in NYC. There I lead my team towards many award-winning designs, and helped launch dozens of brands. Today I take on variety of projects on my own, working directly with clients and top agencies. The word on the street is that I’m very easy to work with, dependable, and a team player. Not limited to only visual ideas, I’m known for my witty approach to concepts, campaigns, and especially copy. Any way to humanize a brand is always a winning strategy.My work has been awarded by the AIGA, Communication Arts, Print Magazine, The Type Directors Club, and the Webbies. I’ve had work published internationally in books and magazines. In 2006, Graphic Design USA featured me as one of their “People to Watch in 2006.” I am Board Member Emeritus of Spark Design Professionals, a non-profit organization founded in 2000 to support design business owners.
