Performed the role of strategic global HR business partner supporting Kennametal's global corporate functions which include IT, HR, Marketing, Technology (RD&E), Legal, Finance and Communications. Projects included the evaluation and design of the organizational structure to best support our customer, leverage technology and enable the development of our talent on global basis to drive business results. Lead specific HR deliverables such as performance management, talent assessment, change management, employee relations and engagement, recruitment, and retention.Prior to the strategic HR Business Partner, selected as Global Project Manager for Kennametal's global employee engagement survey and action item development. Primary emphasis on the placement of top talent for roles in North America but also placing candidates abroad in countries like China, Singapore, Brazil and Germany.
