Groep Heylen has its origins in the centre of the Kempen - Antwerp East – where its headquarters still are located today. Groep Heylen activities however have grown and expanded over Belgium and neighbouring countries. Different companies within the group have also expanded internationally. However, Groep Heylen continues to place the economic development of the Kempen - Antwerp East – high on its list of priorities. A good example is Antwerp East Port, which is one of our own developments.

- manage 120 FTE + seasonal labour, blue and white collar, fleet management- daily / weekly dashboard- control / reduce operational costs- implement new and inventive procedures- materials procurement- combine daily hands-on in the field management and senior management responsabilities- initiate and manage large scale IBO project (50 FTE)

- set up of an efficient European / WW distribution network, in- and outbound- set up of a transparent KPI reporting tool on logistical (warehousing, inventory & transport) performance and cost- demand planning process : from WW production facilities to EDC and from EDC to European / WW market. Design and operate.

- set-up and control European distribution, petrochemicals, liquid and solid- set-up and control (east) European conversion operations, liquid and solid petrochemicals- design WW and European traffic lanes, procure services (3PL, ocean, road, barge, rail, storage...)
