I’m an achievement-oriented professional with extensive experience in healthcare sales management, business development, and strategic planning. Most recently I served as Executive Director of Market Development with Dignity Health where I was tasked with spearheading an initial launch of the organization’s sales focus after its transition from Catholic Healthcare West. I managed and supported a team of 11 Market Development Representatives (MDR's) and we achieved our smart growth sales goals and budget for seven consecutive years. While in this position, I collaborated with Executive Management Teams across 6 hospitals to assist in executing strategic growth initiatives. I also led development of sales plans designed to increase volume, market share, and contribution margin in alignment with strategic service lines and objectives. Prior to this role, I provided leadership as Inland Empire Service Area Director and VP of Business Development & Physician Alignment.
