Following a Master’s degree in Economics completed by a Master’s degree in Information Systems, trilingual, I have more than 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field. I started my career as a business analyst and developer in one of the Big Five consulting companies in the Business Consulting division where I had the opportunity to experience different companies’ cultures. I have then spent the 16 subsequent years gradually broadening my responsibilities and knowledge in the Collaboration, CRM, Service, Reverse Logistics and Quality fields. I have 10 years of Oracle ERP implementation experience in 9 different geographies within Europe, USA, Canada and Japan for one of the largest Global Medical Devices Company. I also had the opportunity to define and validate Global Reverse Logistics and Customer Service processes. Throughout the ERP implementation experience I have managed off-shore and near-shore teams. More recently I have been responsible for the master data management (MDM) and defining related governance mechanisms. It involved also making sure processes could be standardized and harmonized globally. This helped me transitioning to the management of EMEA’s Salesforce program aiming at deploying Salesforce Sales, Service, Manufacturing and Experience Clouds.
